Hi, I’m Jojo, the artist behind Petite & Polished — A Jojo Studio. For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional nail technician in a salon environment, where I’ve grown my skills, built relationships with amazing clients, and discovered how much I love creating beautiful, personalized nail experiences. Before becoming a nail artist, I spent years as an educator, which taught me the importance of patience, connection, and attention to detail. Those same values are at the heart of every service I provide today. Petite & Polished is my dream of creating a private, welcoming studio where every client feels cared for, relaxed, and confident. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness for all clients and to respect my time, I kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking.
* **Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment** will incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled service(s).
* **No-shows** (failing to arrive for your appointment without notice) will be charged **100% of the scheduled service(s)**.
* These fees will be charged to the card on file.
* By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
